Located in Milton on the NSW South Coast, Dangerous Ales and The Milton Hotel were founded by Damien Martin. A South Coast local, he grew up riding the crazy waves and developed a deep love for all things wild - from flavours to food and fermentation.

With an impressive culinary background, including training in Gordon Ramsay's kitchen in London and working at renowned establishments like Sydney's Quay and Morzine in the French Alps. However, it was his time at Margaret River's Vasse Felix winery that sparked his fascination with fermentation. 

Join the Such and Such team for an afternoon of Damo's finest. Beers alongside a bunch of snacks in a casual atmosphere from 1pm - 5pm. Such and Such's full wine list will be available too.
